Accessibility in Every Deliverable

Accessibility is part of everything we design and build.

— Periphera

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA. Issues in existing code are fixed there, not left in a report.

Founder-led delivery

How We Work

  • Delivery in the Agency's Repository

Components delivered in Agile cycles, in the agency's repository, through its review process.

  • Founder-Led Delivery

One accountable founder leads every project from design through code, adding specialists from a professional network as the scope requires.

  • Published Conformance Report

periphera.tech publishes its Accessibility Conformance Report; nothing ships without passing an automated accessibility check.

Core competencies

What We Deliver

  1. Design Systems

UI component libraries that hold up release after release: built, documented, and governed. As an employee, the founder kept hundreds of component variations in parity across web, iOS, and Android, held to WCAG 2.1 AA.

    • Web
    • iOS
    • Android
  2. Front-End Engineering

API-integrated interface components (React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) delivered in Agile cycles, in your repository, through your review process.

    • React
    • Angular
    • TypeScript

As an employee: Production Front-End. API-integrated Angular components, and React components for the Everest design system, shipped through enterprise review in a regulated environment.

  3. Product Design

Interface design, prototypes, and specifications that ship as working components. The founder designs and builds, so spec and code do not drift apart.

    • Prototypes
    • Specifications
  4. User Research and Usability Testing

Task-based usability testing that can include screen-reader and keyboard-only participants, plus contextual inquiry and research synthesis.

    • Usability testing
    • Assistive technology

As an employee: Research That Moved Metrics. Contextual research on an onboarding redesign that contributed to an efficiency improvement of more than 40 percent.

  5. Operator Interfaces for Sensor and AI Systems

Dashboards and control screens for people who run sensors, autonomy, and AI tools. Designed with operators for what they must see and what they can ignore, then built as working components.

    • Dashboards
    • Control screens
  6. Accessibility, Built In

Accessibility is part of everything we design and build. Every deliverable is built to WCAG 2.2 AA. In existing code, we fix issues mapped to success criteria: keyboard behavior, focus, semantics, contrast. Team training is an add-on.

    • Section 508 code remediation
    • WCAG 2.2 AA

This site, self-assessed: Public ACR. 41 of 55 WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA criteria: Supports. The other 14 don't apply to this site.
